When completing this section, click on all green "Edit" buttons for both Household and Guardian to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
1 - Household(s) - Each household is identified by an outer box with the household name at the top. Up to 2 households can be entered for each student.
2 - Email Address (Type) - A household email may be entered but will be for informational purposes only. The Co-op will use the PRIMARY email addresses entered for each guardian for all email communications.
3 - Guardians - Up to 2 guardians per household can be entered. First time users should select "Edit" to review and verify all guardian data. Guardians entered here must be legal guardians of the student (i.e. grandparents or other extended family members, unless they are legal guardians, are not to be included here).
4 - Phone Number (Type) - More than 1 phone number can be entered for each guardian; however, the number identified as PRIMARY will used by the Emergency Contact System (in addition to the household phone number if one is entered).
5 - Email Address (Type) - More than 1 email address can be entered for each guardian; however, the address identified as PRIMARY will be the single address used by the Co-op for all school communications.
