Pre-Agreement terms and conditions

• Signature blocks will appear on this page for each parent /guardian in the primary household for the student.
• The Pre-Agreement page requires at least one parent / guardian signature to be submitted before users can advance to the next page of the registration process.
• All of the registration information entered will form a database of information for each student so please ensure that student information entered is accurate and complete for all parent(s) and all household(s).
